Euro Sorry you feel that way. Here at Brown Daub Kia we will honor anything in writing that is due to you. We do not give free oil changes out to anyone with out a we owe. We due offer free state inspections for anyone that bought a vehicle here. We also have one of the least expensive synthetic oil changes in the valley. It is your choice if you visit us or not. We would like the right to do business with you. If you feel that is "taking" you are mistaking. If you have any questions you can call me anytime. Have a great day

How do you know I bought the car there? Do you have those records? If so, those records show the commitment made for the oil changes. Yes, it is my choice not to have my car serviced by you - made because of your failure to honor this commitment (and others?) made by Brown-Daub long before you took over.
