When I arrived at Tom Wood Subaru there were only a handf I would rate this most recent dealer experience as one of the most positive I have ever had. When I arrived at Tom Wood Subaru there were only a handful of staff on site due to a town hall. Mike was nearly single handedly helping all the customers on the lot. Due to this, I was able to test drive the vehicle of interest on my own. When I returned to the dealership the town hall had ended and the place was fully staffed. Since Mike had been the original salesman I had worked with when I first came in, I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes to proceed with my purchase, as he was answering questions for another customer, instead of jumping to the next available sales person. The wait was worth it. Mike answered all questions I had come up with and even brought up. He was very insightful, personable and friendly. Made every effort to make my Subaru purchasing experience a positive one. I never once felt pushed or pressured to buy and/or upgrade from my original plans and budget. By the end of the sale, working with Mike felt more like chatting with a friend than a business transaction. I do not intend to have another car buying experience in the near future, but when that time does come, I would be more than happy to come back to Tom Wood Subaru and work with Mike. I definitely recommend him. More

Even when negotiating became a little confusing, Mike was very open and transparent with what was going on. I did a lot of research online and knew what I wanted, so I sent an inquiry in online on a Friday evening. On Monday morning I got a call from Mike Danielson responding to my inquiry, and from that point on Mike was nothing but friendly and helpful. He gave me any bit of information I wanted, often before I could even ask for it. The car I wanted was on a truck to be delivered the following Friday, but Mike sent me an email with pictures when it arrived early. I scheduled some time with him the next day and drove home in my new car. The whole process could not have been easier. More

Used Outback Purchase The process was smooth. We purchased our car on a Saturday and dealership was busy. Our questions were answered. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. The process was smooth.
