Just straight, honest communication. He asked the right questions, actually listened to what we needed, and gave real answers instead of a sales script. I will tell you that the team took care of every need I had. They worked with me on purchasing my vehicle and walked me through every step that needed to take to make sure it was a true clean and happy experience..Your team came together worked hand-in-hand. If one member was off the next member stepped in communicated and worked with me. During this whole experience, there wasn’t a time that I was not notified within a reasonable time and provided many different options that were available to me to purchase the vehicle.. At this time I want to recognize the members of your staff and to let you know that I am truly blessed that you have a staff in this day and age that cares about a Ford member. Jon Park Was very helpful polite, and provided information on the vehicle. Took his time, providing information and willing to work with me since my work hours were very long and many days straight. Marty Francis stepped in when Jon was off provided clear, precise information very friendly. And relatable in the Ford family of vehicle. After speaking with Marty, I knew I was in great hands. Tim Carragher Helped closed the deal in the late hours of the work day. I was walking away from the purchase, but somehow Tim work with Mike to make his deal happen . Very thankful Tim had time to work with Mike on getting this over the finish line. Mike Davis I will tell you, Mike was one of the best if not the best sales person I’ve ever worked with hands-down. There were many times during the transaction that I was willing to just walk away because we were not meeting where I needed to be. Mike never pressured me. Just spoke to me about facts and related with me. I will be very honest there was about 4 to 6 times that I was walking away from the deal saying this isn’t gonna work out. Mike then gave me some time and just reach back out to me very politely never pressuring, which was a great job on his part . I’ll be very honest. I have had many cars in my life and I have bought many new vehicles and ordered vehicles as well. Mike is one of the top sales people dealing with communication and providing facts that are needed during crunch time to finalize the deal. Also, I wanna let you know mass majority of this was all done through text messaging or emails since this time of year I have very long work hours and work days so there was times that I was not available to speak on the phone because I was in meetings, but I was able to text or email during my meeting breaks and your team communicated through that process as well so good for them to be in this day and age and utilizing every resource possible to make this transaction be very smooth and clean without taken up a lot of personal time.
