We bought a van from Shultz Ford. The day after the check engine light came on. Turned out to be a bad transmission. I called them back to talk with them about it. Someone from their mechanic shop called and left a message but I am still not able to schedule anything with them. I feel SO STUPID for trusting anyone at Shultz Ford. This bad transmission will cost me over $4,000 to fix. Any decent dealer would offer to pay at least half for selling a lemon, assuming they didn’t know how bad it was. But not Shults Ford! They just hang up on you. More

Sold me a used car that they did not have the title. I have waited 2 months and still have not received my registration and title has not been issued! I found out that the previous owner did not transfe I have waited 2 months and still have not received my registration and title has not been issued! I found out that the previous owner did not transfer title & registration to Shults. Shults was not aware of the problem until I called them 3 weeks ago! I don't want this car and want to trade it in or sell it, but I can't because Shults has not followed up! Terrible paperwork processing! They keep telling me that if my temporary registration expires, they will just extend it. I do not want temporary registration extended! I want title & registration processed so I can sell my car. I am paying insurance on a car that I am not driving! BEWARE! More

Was told my work Would Be performed The next day when I called hadn't even started. Had to call severalTimes and left several messages over a couple Days and Zac never returned my call. Decided to pull vehicle and took To another dealer. I have been doing business with dealer since they were located on Bethany pike. Most likely will be buying truck from another dealer. Was so excited when Shultz bought thinking much bigger dealer and would be better and more resources. Not sure if Zac is just overwhelmed or just not good with customer service. Will be miss the convenience of location. More
