He consistently followed up even though he was on vacation or not in the office. He answered my infinite questions with patience and understanding. He ensured that I would be 110% satisfied with my purchase. He took the time to explain all the features my new car had. (And even when I left the dealership he continued to answer any questions I had which I loved!) I would recommend him to all my friends! I also dealt with Mike in Finance and not only was he friendly he was extremely knowledgeable in what he does.
