Phil came out early to explain that they were running late due to the previous appointment arriving very late. In the meantime, he had people work on my lease return. When James arrived from a prior engagement, he took the time to set up the new features of my car, as well as explain new safety features like lane departure warning. When it came to meeting Mike DeCosimo to explain the finances, he also mentioned lease insurance, which I declined. Mike never gave me the hard sell or pressured me to getting it.
