Phil came out early to explain that they were running late due to the previous appointment arriving very late. In the meantime, he had people work on my lease return. When James arrived from a prior engagement, he took the time to set up the new features of my car, as well as explain new safety features like lane departure warning. When it came to meeting Mike DeCosimo to explain the finances, he also mentioned lease insurance, which I declined. Mike never gave me the hard sell or pressured me to getting it. Overall it was great customer experience and I will continue to return to Star Subaru. More

He is very honest about what he thinks is best for you and the car and will work with you to get a highly competitive price. I appreciated the time he took to go over and learn with me about most of the new functions of my 2019 Subaru Forester. He even gave me his mobile number in case I ever have any questions about my new vehicle or run into trouble with parts (he has considerable experience in the parts industry)! Mario is quite the character and a great car salesman! I didn't deal much with financing but would suggest there to be better written communication regarding the different warranties and exact dollar amount for the vehicle purchase. I also felt that the extended warranties were being pushed too aggressively. More
