When it was completed the service rep presented the paperwork explaining all of the things they checked beyond the service provided and advised when we can expect the other items to be rechecked and possibly replaced or fine tuned. Very pleased with Mike and commitments that he gave me doing the financing of the lease. Worked with him with my previous lease and he did much better with this new lease arrangement. Worked out the extra's on this new lease and much better than my last lease contract. Included in the contract was a loyalty and rescue service credits. Will probably be using him again when this lease comes due in 3 years. More
