When it was completed the service rep presented the paperwork explaining all of the things they checked beyond the service provided and advised when we can expect the other items to be rechecked and possibly replaced or fine tuned. Very pleased with Mike and commitments that he gave me doing the financing of the lease. Worked with him with my previous lease and he did much better with this new lease arrangement. The finance guy is a low life scammer. He provides absolutely no transparency. Evades direct questions and dances around each question regarding prices. I caution any future customers to be extremely diligent in their review of the numbers and not let this finance guy, Mike dance around as you are getting ripped off. More
