He patiently explained the differences between the various Outback options such as the limited edition and the touring edition. We explained that we wanted a luxury experience and it soon became clear that the Outback Touring would be right for us. Alex gave us an estimate of when our car would come in and this proved to be quite accurate. When we picked up the car Alex went over all the new features and made sure we understood how they worked. He stressed that if we had any additional questions after a few days he would be happy to assist us. This is our seventh Subaru since 1984 and Alex gave us the best sales experience yet. We told him that when our other car needs to be replaced we would come back to see him. Mike, who handled the finance and warranty aspect of the purchase was also efficient and thorough. We would recommend Star Subaru and Alex Chan to our friends and family. Start to finish an A+ experience. More
