My father since passed owned a VW gli sportsy and fast as soon as I saw the car I knew it's the right car only 45000 miles and they had the entire history as well as ratings from non biased sites ready for me to look at we ended up having an issue with the insurance and the general manager ended up directly along with Jonathan talking and helping me insure I received the car today it was extremely important for me to have this car for Father's day as it reminded me of him. I ended up receiving the car that day before Sunday and in a 2 days I've added 100 miles to it and I have had no problems very helpful sale team and staff didn't push anything on me unlike dealerships before I didn't feel rushed or pressured thanks to the entire dealership for helping me get the car and buy a car I will always love. More

Jeep Rubicon I saw a Jeep Rubicon on line and called to check availability since I would be driving an hour and a half to get there. Johnathan answered the phone c I saw a Jeep Rubicon on line and called to check availability since I would be driving an hour and a half to get there. Johnathan answered the phone call and was a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions. So I took a ride down there that evening, and we were able to make a deal. I returned on Saturday morning to take delivery and the Jeep was clean and waiting out front for me. I was greeted by Johnathan and then met with Kara in the finance dept. to go through the paper work. She was great and made it painless. I liked the no nonsense pricing with them and how transparent they are. If you are looking for a Jeep go see Johnathan, he is a nice, honest guy and a pleasure to work with. He was great at keeping us informed with the steps needed to trade in our lease. Because if our work schedules, it took a couple if visits to the dealership to complete the transaction, and Jonathan was always available when we came in. The day we picked up the vehicle, Justin showed me how to use the tech upgrades from our JK. He also offered to come to our house with another tech guy and help me change out my hardtop for the soft top. We will definitely use Premier when it comes time to turn in this Wrangler. More

The inventory is nothing short of amazing but you can say that about a lot of dealerships. Where this one excelled (especially for an American brand) was in the level of professionalism and downright honesty. Jonathan (my salesman) was kind, courteous, diligent and never pressured or pushed, gave me his cellphone number and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Such people are hard to find in the world of car sales. But credit must be given to Michael, his manager, who hired this soft-spoken, polite and endlessly helpful man to be the company's representative to the public. Kudos all round for this team. The BEST on Cape Cod, bar none. More
