All were very patient and helpful with us while we were making this decision. We felt no pressure to buy but that they were there to help. Once the decision was made, they found what we wanted with all options and color. The truck has not been delivered yet, but feel the outstanding service we have received will continue after we take delivery of the truck. And yes, we will recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

I originally bought my 11 silverado from them and I knew they don't play games and beat around the bush. Andrew was our salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. We walked that lot for well over an hour, as I explained my needs in a truck. He was very patient and showed me all the options I had. Once I picked out the truck we talked numbers. During our numbers talk I got to talking to the sales managers, Doug and Mitch. Great guys! Lets just say, with the help of the managers and awesome finance guy, mike, we left with a new 13 silverado! They gave us the best deal I have ever seen! By far in my history of vehicle purchases, this is the best one EVER. I will never go anywhere else to buy my Chevys!! Now if I can convince my wife to buy a Chevy car, we will definitely be back to see them! Thank you!! I love my truck!! More

My name is Fane Stevenson and my wife Roseann and I had a great experience on purchasing our 2011 Chevy HHR last thursday January 24,2013 at Auburn Chevrolet.I had contacted Jason Rigby by internet and telep great experience on purchasing our 2011 Chevy HHR last thursday January 24,2013 at Auburn Chevrolet.I had contacted Jason Rigby by internet and telephone that was pleasant. That thursday morning I called to confirm the 5:30 appointment and talked with Shelly, and had a good feeling about Auburn Chevrolet already based upon these two phone conversations.Low and behold, upon our arrival for our 5:30 appointment,we were greeted with such professionalism and friendliness that our worries of getting a car soon faded away.Mr.Pavel was very helpful, courteous and attentive to our needs and desire to have the HHR. Mike in financing did an awsome job in explaining our terms and loan in full detail to us.It was cold and rainy outside and one of the other gentlemen there even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. Talk about a "GREAT" bunch of people and that best describes the staff at Auburn Chevrolet. Thank you all so very much, and we will always continue to do business with you. Happy new Chevy HHR owners, Fane and Roseann Stevenson More
