I bought my car because it was a great deal. The aggravation it took was not worth it though. Great deals are everywhere. No one knew what paperwork was needed, and I had to wait 5 days before I could even get it, and finally registered it myself because they kept messing up paperwork. Horrible experience They were quick to get papers signed and take the payment for the vehicle. Had repair work in writing from the dealership that was supposed to be don They were quick to get papers signed and take the payment for the vehicle. Had repair work in writing from the dealership that was supposed to be done before delivery. They did nothing on the work order and on top of that they gave me a vehicle with a Rejection sticker. Said I needed to drive it 100-200 miles and then I could bring it back for a sticker , free of charge. When I went back and complained the sales manager Mike said I could return the vehicle but wouldn’t receive any credit on tax , title , Reg, etc even though I was in possession of it for less than 2 hrs. I then offered to buy a higher priced vehicle if they would take the vehicle back but again he couldn’t be bothered to offer any help or guidance. When I asked if I should get a lawyer he just shrugged. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have decided to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere out of my own pocket for sanity sake. More
