It is different going back to a dealership that has taken over from the previous ownership that was a family business that for so many years. However, many of the old guard and familiar faces are still there. That is a good sign! It says a lot about the new owners in a good way. I was very pleased to have met Charlie at the service desk. Very personable and pleasant and easy to talk to. Carlos who works in the shop was also great! Mark, who I have known for years was a delight to see. Even paying my bill was a good fun experience. ( I missed the Licorice sticks)😄. The company still has that warmth of a family feel. Sincere, honest, good advice and non pushy factors all matter to me.
