Excellent service/staff I purchase a used 2015 Ford Escape and Jack Barton was extremely helpful and very delightful to work with. He made purchasing my first car extremely easy and helped me to make a very big decision. I am very happy with my purchase and I love my new Escape. The whole process at Diehl Ford went very smoothly and every person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped to make this an enjoyable experience. Emil Vinberg was very informative and even came in on his day off to help me. I really appreciate Nikki and the ladies upstairs for all their hard work and they got me my plates shortly after my purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and recommend that if you are interesting in buying a new vehicle, Diehl is an amazing place to go. More

New Car Purchase I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus from Diehl Ford. This was the 51st Ford I have purchased in the last 50 years. Needless to say, I have vast experience i I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus from Diehl Ford. This was the 51st Ford I have purchased in the last 50 years. Needless to say, I have vast experience in automobile purchasing. I ordered this car to my specifications in September. The dealer kept me aware of the delivery status. Because of some rebates and incentives that were not available at the time I ordered the car I ended up paying over $2,000 less than I was originally quoted. Talk about being shocked. How honest can a dealer be? My salesman, Chris Bonesteele, and the owner, Mike Diehl, helped me with financing. Jason Turrell's team in the Service department had prepared the car in immaculate condition. I could not be more satisfied. We drove down to the dealership the next morning because we had some questions on features. We were greeted by a salesman named Jack Barton who gave my wife and I all the time we needed to understand the features. After the sale, Jack was further a help with his knowledge and ease of offering his expertise. Most salesman sale the car and ignore you. We bought a nice vehicle and they got our nice used vehicle so it was a success and I left the money in Bellingham. We enjoyed Mike Diehl, Emil Vinberg, Jack Barton, and Ramirez. Mike and I came to initial terms in 20 minutes. I hate buying vehicles and negotiating. I offered a fair amount for theirs and ours and we came to terms. It was good to buy from them. My last vehicle and bought was started by my son at Frontier Ford. I really enjoyed their manager when I met him, but I will never never allow myself to buy a vehicle from their one salesman and I will tell their manager that. I search out the car and a good business is when the customer feels comfortable. Even though we bought the vehicle and I am still irritated with that. Randy and Mike wanted to make the deal work and was very courteous and friendly. Jack has a lot of experience. Emil found us a great interest rate and fully understands that part of the sale and has a lot of experience. WE are HAPPY. More

Very easy to work with. I stopped by to take the car that I was interested for a test drive. Later, I called back to let them know I was interested and was pleasantly surpri I stopped by to take the car that I was interested for a test drive. They were very generous with my trade and the entire deal was done without any hassles. When I returned to sign papers, I found everything was ready to go and was as indicated. More

Mr. Chris Bonesteel of sales, and this dealership's MO helped make this the best purchase experience thus far. My initial call was answered by Mike Diehl, owner/manager. How often does that happen nowadays? At this dealership, it's routine. After brief introductions & laying out my requirements objectives, he invited me to visit & said they strive to be the best. I live over an hour away, & drove up to see if they walked their talk. I'm pleased to say they do, and in an exceedingly professional & personable manner. Each step of my new truck purchase experience was a 10 on a 1-10 scale, with 10 at the top. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Puget Sound region. I got the right Diehl. Ramiro Baldovinos certainly earned his commission yesterday. In fact, I think he should get a raise. I first met Ramiro over the phone when I asked about a used 2014 Ford Focus Titanium of which there was no picture or price online. He told me all about the car and it's price. Naturally I had a different price in mind and a few calls phone calls later he and Randy Larson made it work. After several more questions which Ramiro patiently answered, I gave a deposit on my credit card to hold the car to the next day when I could get to Bellingham. I had just committed to a car sight unseen. I also asked Ramiro to have all the paperwork ready when I got there so it would be a quick in and out for me because I'm always in a hurry. But I also have a roving eye. When I got there my car was parked very near a brand new Fiesta Titanium that had the same features as the Focus. So now Ramiro had to start from scratch because I started waffling about whether to buy a gently used Focus or a new Fiesta. The half hour I allotted myself to buy the car turned into a couple of hours but Ramiro hung in there with me, never pressuring me, always patient, never making me feel like I was wasting his time. Randy was also very patient with me changing my mind a few times although I'm sure he must have been rolling his eyes in his office. Emil Vinberg got me through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly (even though I wasn't financing, the paperwork made my eyes glaze over) and Mike Diehl was also kind when we were introduced. I took both cars on a test drive with Ramiro and he even tutored me on how to use the back-up camera, encouraging me when I knew I likely would have taken out the cars beside me if there had been any parked there. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I drove off knowing I made the right purchase. I ended up with the Ford Focus Titanium after all. Thank you Ramiro! More

We ordered a new F-150 and our salesman, Chris Bonesteele, followed the process all through the factory re-tooling and startup. When our truck arrived, it was exactly what we ordered for the price we were promised. Chris followed up more than once to make sure we were pleased and that we understood all the features of the new truck. More
