I was referred to Toyota of Kent by my friends, and I worked with Mike D who was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me. My experience from our very first phone conversation to walking into the dealership was amazing. I was greeted the minute I walked in, and all the staff were very friendly! I explained to Mike what I wanted in a vehicle and he made it happen! I’m so grateful to him and I’m now the proud owner of a new 2026 Corolla Cross!!! Thank you so much Mike for everything!! Mike was Godsend! ! Got out of us a really bad situation. Got out with a new car, cheaper monthly payment and overall better predicament than when we started. Overall m ! Great dealership, sales representative was okay. Got mad once we thought about backing out of the deal and was very hostile towards us.
