Last year I came in with my wife looking for a car for her, an after talking through our needs, Mike realized they did not have a perfect used car match at that time and did not try to force us into something in stock on their lot. This year I happily went back to Mike for a used Tacoma and could not be happier with the purchase. Throughout the entire process, it truly felt like Mike was on our side, not just trying to close a deal. Mike took the time to patiently walk us through everything, helping my Wife and I figure out exactly what we wanted. He asked great questions, listened carefully, and never once felt pushy. He made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable, which is rare in car shopping. The only small thing was that the truck wasn't quite as detailed as we expected, nothing major, just a little more effort in the detail department would have been nice. But Mike personally followed up right away to make sure we were taken care of. I have to travel 40-45 minutes to get to Toyota of Kent even though several dealerships are closer. I am always treated fairly, the staff is competent and the service department is top notch.
