We bought a new Prius from Bredemann with salesman Mike Durante. Everything so far 100% straight and on the up-and-up. We are still awaiting paperwork transfer from State of Illinois. Great Experience! Mike was a great help in helping me buy my car! Mike had walked me through the entire process and helped me understand what I would be dealing with. He started of showing me cars within my price range and showed me all the options that were available. After a while he helped me understand how the whole process works with looking at my credit till how I would be billed. Mike was a great help and made my purchase of buying a car smooth. His customer service is absolutely great! Thank you for all your help Mike! Along with that Jesus was another employee who made this very easy for me. He explained to me what paper I was signing and how everything works out, the warranty that I would be getting with my car. Jesus was also a pleasure to work with.
