The RCTC way is the best way to buy. Brad Perry told me that he and Mike were more concerned about their relationship with their customers than the number of cars they sell. The Hummer we drove from Tennessee to see at their dealership did not disappoint. Neither did the treatment we received. We got a really great price for our trade and bought a really nice Hummer. There were no unpleasant surprises and no pressure. Brad had most of the paperwork including the tag transfer done before we arrived. During our test drive we discovered a small problem and Brad and Mike took care of it immediately. After we returned to Tennessee this small problem returned and I called Brad. Brad and Mike arranged for someone to meet my wife halfway between our home in Tennessee and Richmond with a loaner car! They took our Hummer back to Richmond, fixed the problem, then again met my wife at the halfway point to return the Hummer. How's that for customer service! So nice to deal with fair and honest people who truly value their customers. If you want buy a car or truck and want to deal with people that will treat you right then drive to Richmond Car and Truck Center. You won't be disappointed. More

All pictures and descriptions were very accurate in relation to the actual condition of the truck. This was very important because I had to drive 938 miles to look at and buy the truck. It must be noted that the honesty and integrity of Richmond Car and Truck Center Owner and Staff reflect their commitment to Jesus Christ.
