Normally, I would give them 5 stars for their service, but not this time. I went in to have my gas pedal looked at because it was hard to push down. I left my car there and went home because he said it wo but not this time. I went in to have my gas pedal looked at because it was hard to push down. I left my car there and went home because he said it would take about 2-3 hours. When they called to let me know my car was ready he had left a voicemail. On the voicemail he stated that they had changed my oil due to it being back when about 10,000 miles were on my car and now it's almost at 20,000 miles. When I arrived I explained to the representative that I had just got my oil changed at the start of this month and that the previous person did not correct the mileage on the paperwork which was about 16,000 miles. Therefore I wrote it in pen on my paperwork. I explained to him that I have a warranty with limited oil changes. Under warranty when an oil change is performed they are suppose to rotate the tires and wash your car. It is very clear that did not do so. I understand he thought he was doing me a favor, but I politely recommended that they contact me next time before they perform any other activities than what I originally came in for. More
