Had an appointment and still had to wait almost 3 hours and felt ignored by my advisor cause he kelp avoiding me . Someone else end up checking me out and he was very understanding and professional. Trying to triple dip in their sales with a made-up protection package to hike up the retail price of the car, lowball our trade-in and then if we did the deal they probably triple the sales price of t protection package to hike up the retail price of the car, lowball our trade-in and then if we did the deal they probably triple the sales price of the trade-in. That salesperson Patrick Facey(?) with all that awards on his desk, dude sucks at sales, we had a total 15 sentences spoken and none of them were sales. It was him acting like he's the xxxx when he's xxxx. I don't know what's so good about Stone Mountain Honda, but it can't be Patrick lol. More

While the service center provided excellent service and I highly recommend them, I was taken aback by the sales department wanting my used vehicle as the demand was high, but the fact was they just wanted to highly recommend them, I was taken aback by the sales department wanting my used vehicle as the demand was high, but the fact was they just wanted to sell me a new vehicle, a sales tactic which I found to be deceitful.
