Living just south of Buffalo we had a couple options for Subaru used vehicles, but found that New Motors had the best options at the best prices at the time. After working with their online concierge Keisha, we decided to make the almost 2 hour drive. The drive was well worth it and our salesman Stephen Kolenda was absolutely terrific. Steve was patient and took us on some “real” roads for a great test drive experience. The whole dealership was amazing- we made a very fair offer and with Steve working hard to wrap things up we were on our way home with our new vehicle in less than 5 hours from arriving from Buffalo. I would highly recommend Steve and the New Motor team. More

First time car purchase was absolutely wonderful This was my first time ever purchasing a car, and I was quite nervous about it. I originally was interested in a used Outback, but after speaking with Taneeka Shetler over the phone regarding various pricing deals I decided to purchase new. After doing extensive research online I went into the dealership to test drive the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Mike Francis was quick to assist me, and listened to what I was looking for in a car. I had walked into the dealership fairly set on the Crosstrek, but after hearing my priorities and concerns Mike helped me decide on the smaller and more affordable Crosstrek. It was an absolutely no-pressure environment, and I felt that Mike thoroughly and completely answered any questions I had to ask. After I had made my decision and returned for the final purchase, both Mike and Allen Yingling made sure that I knew exactly what each signature and piece of paper was for, as well as my options for financing and payment. Allen thoroughly explained my protection and warranty options, and was happy to answer all of my questions (though he was so thorough, I didn't have many questions at all!) As a first-time car buyer I was very nervous, but I was put at ease the moment I began working with Mike and the New Motors team. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends, or for anyone looking for an informative, no-pressure dealership. Thank you! More

Great place to buy a car. I had a nice experience buying a new car, starting with the online coordinator and ending with the saleman and paperwork office. No one was pushy and I had a nice experience buying a new car, starting with the online coordinator and ending with the saleman and paperwork office. No one was pushy and everyone was friendly, all working to get me the car I wanted with the price and color I wanted. Red! I wanted red. Another dealership that communicated with me responded, "We have a white one. Come down to see it." I told them I want a red one. The again said, " We have a white one. Come down to see it." All the other dealers tried to convince me that I did not want what I was asking for. And one dealer tried selling a year old car for 10,000 more than a new one! He really thought I would fall for that. Nothing like that happened at New Motors. Taneeka, the internet communicator, worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and then Mike the salesman showed me exactly what I had asked for. When it turned out that I did not love it as much as I wanted to, he did not try to push me to a better, more expensive model. He even suggested a used one. We found one that I really like, he set up the Starlink and the My Subaru connections with my car and he had me practice how to use them in the car. I appreciated that Mike was helpful but not pushy. He did NOT try to act condescending like some salesmen do, to intimidate, or embarrass me. He was respectful, kind, and funny. Mostly, he was respectful, or at least that is why I appreciated the most. The paper work was completed and mailed to me (for me to take to my state's DMV) in a few days, in a timely manner. More
