Mike was born and raised in Erie, PA. He has a son that he adopted in 2007. His family is from New Jersey and tries to visit them as much as possible. He graduated from McDowell High School and also earned a degree in Communications from Penn State Behrend. Mike has been with New Motors since April of 2011 and was a plumber for 10 years prior to that. One of his greatest strengths is that he's very personable and easy to talk to. In the summer, Mike enjoys spending his free time with friends and family being outdoors, golfing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. In the fall and winter, he tries to stay busy by shooting in a pool league and rooting for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you find your next vehicle!

Had a great car buying experience at New Motors Subaru in Erie, PA on July 31, 2025. Shane Harney initiated the sale for me and Mike Francis spent hours facilitating the buy. Mike was instrumental in getting me up to speed with all the “bells and whistles”! He took time to make sure I knew my way around the instrument panel, pared my IPhone and got me connected with My Subaru! Very patient and unhurried… Michelle Happy did a great job with the financial end of things! General Mgr., Andrew Volant, was the key to getting the numbers where they needed to be. Mike Francis has been our Salesman since 2015. Now we are adding our 4th Subaru, a 2025 Outback Limited, which will be joining our 2021 Ascent Limited. Mike has been there for all 4 purchases. New Now we are adding our 4th Subaru, a 2025 Outback Limited, which will be joining our 2021 Ascent Limited. Mike has been there for all 4 purchases. New Motors and Mike have been good to deal with, fair with discounts, trade prices and helping both of us to get a fair deal. It has been nice to see the growth at the dealership along with the expansion and improvements overall. I feel confident in recommending Mike and New Motors to friends for their car needs. More
