Recommend some one other than saleman changing plates, etch, etc. He's too valuable to be doing those things. More

As we walked into Wilde Subaru, it just so happened that we were met at the door by Mike Frank. At that point, we had no idea how lucky we were! It was our first time checking out the Subaru, and Mike could not have been more helpful as we went through all of the information regarding cars that we were interested in. When we decided on a certain model, it turned out that the style that we wanted was not in stock. With the help of his team, our dream car was ordered and as soon as it arrived, Mike made sure to contact us. He then patiently answered all of our questions, in a very friendly but proffesional manner. Also, he never pushed anything on us...our new car was all our choice. And even after we took the lease and drove home, Mike contacted us again to make sure everything was running smoothly. He also offered his assistance in the future if it were necessary. We were left with a very positive outlook on our experience...and truely believe that Mike is awesome at his job. We thank him again for his expertise. My second day we did a test drive and discussed terms and my trade in. I met Terrance Caldwell this visit as well for about 1 hour total. The 3rd day a Saturday the deal was in the bag but I expected at least 2 or 3 hours. Michael met me at the door and 15 minutes later I was at Terrances,s desk. Thirty five minutes later I out the door keys in hand. The staff was super polite and helpful. The paper work was a breeze , Terrance explained everything and with no drama I have a great vehicle for $3000 less then sticker price. More

Quick but thorough, no hassle or haggle, transaction! I used the Car Buying benefits offered through my USAA membership. They team up with TrueCar to find the car I select with the options I want at deale I used the Car Buying benefits offered through my USAA membership. They team up with TrueCar to find the car I select with the options I want at dealerships within a certain mile radius of me. My information was sent to 3 dealerships and Wilde was the first to immediately send me a quote and for the exact vehical I wanted. They added in the options and kept in contact with me throughout. Nick was awesome there. Then Mike emailed me and we talked on the phone about what I wanted and the financing options. He worked with the go ance area to get as much taken care of for me before I could make it to the dealership at the end of the week. At the dealership he was quick to have everything ready and fix any issues with the paperwork before I went in with the Brad the Finance Manager. He flew through the options for warranties and we managed to get a great deal on the basic one. My Subaru Outback is not only the best car I have owned but the purchase process was the best I have experienced! Driving an hour and a half to Wilde was worth it! More
