Good overall, however just like other Japanese manufacturers they are good at changing oil and doing regular service but if you have a specific issue which requires special attention from the tech manufacturers they are good at changing oil and doing regular service but if you have a specific issue which requires special attention from the tech to diagnose/replicate then they don't care much in my opinion. I have a rear heat issue(heater is not working well on 3rd row) and explained the issue to their tech, he did not seem interested in listening to my issues and ended up changing oil and giving me a report stating that car is working as designed! My Rear heater keeps blowing strong air and never manages to wam the car and lower the fan even after one hour of driving, it keeps blowing strong air on Auto mode which is really noisy (all other cars usually lower the fan on auto mode after the car warms up). This specific issue requires a tech to spend sometime on the car and pay attention, bring another car to compare if needed. Also should have spoken to me to explain what he did and how he determined that the car is working as designated! Oil change and waiting was fine, but the place is very small and doesn't seem like what supposed to be a luxury brand service center! They don't wash cars as well, they gave me a voucher and asked me to download an app and find an in network car wash to wash my car! I don't have time to do that so I just passed on. Maybe they are renovating the place and that's why the opened section seemed so small. Overall, good service in general, but nothing special, would need to go to another dealership to diagnose my small glitches and issues that have been annoying me since day one on my 2023 QX60. More
