Above and Beyond! We found a 2017 Titan XD that Hudson Nissan had on their lot. We were interested but the dealership was a 2 hour drive away. Mike Garris, the internet sales manager, contacted me before opening of business the next day. Within an hour, Mike sent a personal video, showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle, it was the perfect way to see the details. We had a question about how the back seats folded up and he went back to the vehicle and shot us another video showing us how it worked. Mike and the used car manager worked hard to get a deal put together for us with an excellent price on the car and also on our trade in. We have never been happier with a dealership and the awesome customer service we received, before, during and after buying the car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Hudson Nissan of Charleston. More

OUTSTANDING Sourced out the local Charleston Dealer to my residence to buy a Versa for my son. I was emailed immediately with details of what to expect nd how to proceed. Fairly typical. But then to my surprise I received a video email. I thought this was a stock corporate Nissan video. A few day later I finally opened the email and it was a personalized video from Mike Garris my sales contact and him spending 2 minutes showcasing the actual car and showing me all the specifications. This was exceptional personalization and added to my decision to not buy a Toyota or a Honda.......He went above and beyond to ensure all details were looked at. When I arrived at the dealer he welcomed me almost without having to ask for him and then took his time to show me the car and walked me through the sales process. The sales manager and dealer manager all greeted me and were so incredibly nice. I looked at many different cars at different dealerships. None were as friendly and helpful as this one. Everyone was nice. Mike was AWESOME! He sent me a video introducing himself and showing me the car I was interested in, explaining its features. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. He worked with me on the features that I wanted and on the price I was willing to pay. I felt comfortable and not at all bullied (unlike other dealerships that I visited).
