I love my 2016 Nissan Altima I have worked with Mike Garris in the past. He is awesome. He really worked the deal for me while I was not able to be in the store and I pretty much I have worked with Mike Garris in the past. He is awesome. He really worked the deal for me while I was not able to be in the store and I pretty much came in and had to sign the paperwork. I did not even need to test drive my new Nissan Altima. Wonderful experience! Thanks Mike! From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! I contacted Hudson via their SMS service (so helpful!) and asked From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! I contacted Hudson via their SMS service (so helpful!) and asked to come test drive a car that we had been ogling. The next morning I received a text response back from Mike, and was able to set a time later that morning to go have a look see. Before we arrived, he had already sent us a phone video to introduce himself and show us a quick in and out of the car. Once there, I felt very comfortable with Mike and not once felt pressured into anything. He made sure all of our questions were answered fully and has worked to set up an appointment to repair the few small things that needed fixing on the car. All in all, I feel we got a quality used vehicle for a great price and super manageable payments! I will send everyone I know to Hudson Nissan first! More

Lease Trade-in Enjoyable and Painless Recently traded in my lease for a newer model and Mike Garris was a joy to work with. No pressure, low key is why I will be a repeat customer for man Recently traded in my lease for a newer model and Mike Garris was a joy to work with. No pressure, low key is why I will be a repeat customer for many years. He was extremely patient as we pondered over the options, color, packages, etc. Turns out the color and options package I wanted wasn't on the property but easily located and stayed in constant communication while we waited for our car to be grounded. He went out of his way to show 4 different vehicles to my daughter listening for her wants and concerns. His only concern was to ensure she found the vehicle that was right for her. He took the time to show her how the features of the car worked and made himself available for any future questions. The process of getting a new/used vehicle is seldom an enjoyable experience, however, I will say this is one of the best experiences I have had with a salesperson and dealership. Salesman You Feel You Can Trust! The car buying process is usually anything but pleasant, always trying to squeeze another dollar out of the deal and you as a buyer always wondering w The car buying process is usually anything but pleasant, always trying to squeeze another dollar out of the deal and you as a buyer always wondering weather you got the best possible price. That is where the salesman makes the difference. There job has become real tough with the arrival of the internet, true car pricing, edmunds, etc. There are still those sales people who are going to tell you like it is, shoot straight (in a polite way), and develop a friendship experience more than a customer one. Mike Garris does just that. He will give you the feeling that you can trust what he says and he is not going to feed you a load of crap to make a sale, because the sale is just another customer away anyway. He will try to get you exactly what you want. I have purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime, that's a lot, makes me familiar with terms like holdback, etc. and this purchase ranks atop the easiest and most friendly. Rest assured I am a hard person to bargain with too! More
