I went into the dealership to get information about the mopar extended warranty program. The salesman told me that I needed to talk with the finance people. The salesman lead me from the show room through mopar extended warranty program. The salesman told me that I needed to talk with the finance people. The salesman lead me from the show room through the service area and to the back of the dealership where there were a couple of offices. The salesman asked one of I assume was a finance person who did not have a customer with him that he couldn’t help and referred us to the other office. That person said something and the salesman then told me to take a seat and someone would be with me in a few minutes and that he would check back in 10 minutes. I sat in a waiting area with stacks of large boxes filling about half the room. It looked more like a storeroom. I waited over 20 min and no one came out to help me and the salesman never returned. I left and decided they evidently didn’t want my business. I will go elsewhere to find the information I’m not sure why the finance people are not near the sales showroom and stuck in the back of the building with storage area. Didn’t look very business like especially when you have to either go outside and walk to the back of the building or get escorted though the service shop. More

Absolutely horrible customer service! Or should I say no customer service! Purchase went good. Got good money for our trade ins and overall felt we did good! The problem was after. We traded in my w customer service! Purchase went good. Got good money for our trade ins and overall felt we did good! The problem was after. We traded in my wife's car and my truck for one truck. We got well over the amount we owed for each car on trade in, so it was their responsibility to pay them both off. They left a $22 balance on my wife's car and it didn't pay off. Ended up getting a $45 late fee charged to it and I had to pay the $67 to pay it off after I discovered it wasn't paid off 3 weeks later. I called them to take care of the balance on 4 seperate occasions and was told they would but they never did. I also left voicemails with 2 different supervisors about the situation and never got a call back. I not only ended up having to pay for it but it also put a negative ding on my credit report for a late payment. And my credit isn't bad! I would be careful about buying a car here as they only care about making the sale and moving on. You are definitely nothing but another number under their belt. More

Ok For Now I am pretty satisfied so far. I am not real happy with my wife's experience. So far, I love the truck and I haven't had any issues with the vehicle. I am pretty satisfied so far. I hope if I have any issues in the future with the vehicle that I get better service than my wife has had. We both bought new vehicles at the same time. More

Amazing Service I was in need of a car, so I went in to the dealership to see if they could work with me. Rodney was wonderful! He took the time to find out what I ne I was in need of a car, so I went in to the dealership to see if they could work with me. Rodney was wonderful! He took the time to find out what I needed and found a wonderful car. He explained the process and I got to drive out with a car a few hours later. Mike in finance made sure I understood all the terms and warranty. I appreciate the time they both spent with me. More

Rodney was awesome!!!!!! We went into the dealership not sure which vehicle we wanted to purchase - new or used. We had 4 Dodge Challengers in mind 2 new and 2 used and Rodne We went into the dealership not sure which vehicle we wanted to purchase - new or used. Tried to Scam Me I found a great Jeep on their website and called and inquired. It was a great price and they said they can do it at that price. I immediately came in I found a great Jeep on their website and called and inquired. It was a great price and they said they can do it at that price. I immediately came in that day and they committed to this price. They agreed to the price and tried to find what the final payment would be similar to before running my credit. They took my information and ran my credit without my agreement and pinged my account. This is where I knew I was scammed. They changed the price and tried making me sign without knowing. I called out the price and they ran to the back room and said the new price was the best they could do. It was not an issue with my credit. My credit is the best it could be never having debt and a long history. The manager "Big Mike" came out because he can "fix" any problem. I told him my issue about running my credit without my knowledge and the changed price and he said they were already giving me a deal. $20,000 more than the original price is not a deal. He then yelled and berated me in front of all of his employees and other customers. When I asked for a copy of his quote and showed him the original agreement he said "you can wipe your a$$ with that agreement for all I care" and ran off to the back with all the paperwork. I then called Jake Sweeney's son who runs this location and told him the story. He insured me that he would reach out and try to fix the problem or come up with a reasonable explanation. He was genuine and I believed him. An explanation of what happened is all I wanted. He also said he would give me the paperwork they ran for me. He then ghosted me. After a week I tried calling him multiple times and would get hung up on immediately. My guess is he knew they messed up big and didn't want to confront me. These were terrible humans with terrible moral and business ethics. Don't bother unless you enjoy getting embarrassingly yelled at. I am considering legal action. More
