Palmer sells car withot BASIC SAFETY review. I purchased a Mercedes E350 off the Palmer Dodge lot early October, 2018. When I test drove the car I informed internet Sales Manager Mike Gebhardt t I purchased a Mercedes E350 off the Palmer Dodge lot early October, 2018. When I test drove the car I informed internet Sales Manager Mike Gebhardt the car must have tire/alignment issues. Mike said all cars ride differently and said they could do an alignment. He told me all their cars go through a safety inspection prior to making it onto the lot. Based on his word I purchased the vehicle. A few days later I brought the car to a mechanic I trust at NTB who looked SHOCKED when he looked at the tires. He couldent believe Palmer Dodge would even let this off the lot. He said I very possibly could have had a blow out and, if on the highway, could have caused a fatal wreck. The rear tires were so worn the metal was showing. Anyone in service should have clearly noticed this if indeed they did a basic safety inpection. Allowing a car such as this to be sold is dangerous and I'm wondering even illegal? After informing them of the issue they said they would pay to replace the two rear tires however I'm still waiting for a check well over a month later despite having followed up multiple times. I keep being told they will look into it and get back with me, but they never follow up. I find it hard to believe business practices such as these are legal.They are recklessly endangering the lives of their customers. More

We have never been disappointed with the Maintenance/Service, Online and On-Site Sales Persons, Customer Service Reps, or the vehicles. I am totally surprised at the negative reviews, as we have always been treated fairly, with courtesy, respect, and have never had anything to complain about. We purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge as recently as July 2017 and are extremely happy with the sale, service and reps. We want to mention how wonderful it was to work with Mike Gebhardt Internet Manager. If we should decide to purchase a vehicle in the future, we will definitely be coming back to Palmer Dodge! More
