Fantastic experience My wife and I bought a used 2014 Ford Escape, and Mike Geraghty was our salesman. We were going to look at a specific car but when we got to the deale My wife and I bought a used 2014 Ford Escape, and Mike Geraghty was our salesman. We were going to look at a specific car but when we got to the dealership, someone was test driving the car we wanted and made an offer, that's just the car sales business. However, Mike Geraghty absolutely made up for it, 10 fold. He put us in a nicer version of that car for a discounted price, and threw in some amenities that we were lucky to get. I could not be happier with my experience with Mike and the dealership, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Mike! More

Overall great experience. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. They were prompt in replying to my initial inquiries from their website. Mike was very helpf This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. They were prompt in replying to my initial inquiries from their website. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. We handled most of the paperwork setup via email, and Mike was quick to respond, and thorough, making sure we were on the same page, so that there were no surprises when i went to the dealership to sign the papers and pickup the car. He is thr only salesman i have ever had that sat in the car and walked me through the features of a used car. Typically it happens on a new car, but I've never had someone do that on a used car. He made the process easy, and I left the dealership confident I had made a good purchase. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is how pushy the finance department was with their extended warranty. I wasn't interested, but he kept pushing, and was somewhat cold towards me after I said I wasn't interested. Other than that, great dealership that I would recommend. More
