Randy and his Sales Manager were both easy to work with and were understanding of my specific cash deal situation. I would send anybody to see them for a deal. The second Salesperson on my deal was Mike Geraghty. Mike made sure the car got ran through the shop on time to deliver the car for me. He also did a great job when I called with a small problem a couple days after I took delivery of the car. He was able to set it up with the service department and the rental department to make sure that both myself and my car got taken care of. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that all of my concerns were put to rest. Mike, Randy and everyone at the dealership were excellent to work with. More

Easiest purchase of a car ever! We went to look at a couple of Mustangs on the lot. I had been looking on the internet. We have NEVER purchased a car the first day we went into a dealership. We felt the trade in value on our vehicle was fair and the purchase price of the new vehicle was fair. Mike was SO nice. This was a new direction for me so I spent time researching, asking questions, and test driving pickups. I stopped by Sunset Ford to see their pre-owned stock. I met salesman Mike Geraghty who immediately researched the trailer tow capacity of the used trucks available. I knew I was in good hands because he was very thorough - and he also checked into additional features that would make the driving experience wonderful. Like power pedals because I'm petite. On the lot was a gently used Ford-150 that seemed a perfect fit. I drove it and loved how it handled. Still I had a more questions. He researched, made calls, and answered promptly. A few weeks later we purchased a 2011 Edge from the Waterloo location. We were extremely happy with both locations. Mike Geraghty was our salesman at the Gravois location for the 2013 Escape, he was very helpful in explaining the different options and showing us the vehicles that he had for sale. Mike was very professional, friendly and gave a us a very good price on the vehicle we picked out. We want to thank him very much we are so happy with our purchase. Jason Schriver was our finance person. He was very polite, went over all out paper work and explained all the options we have and did it in a very professional manner.
