The only thing I can complain about is the shape of the vehicle's interior, and it was FULL of garbage. I wish they could have at the very least cleaned out the garbage or had it detailed at the most. But, overall my satisfaction is ⅘ Stars! Keep up the GOOD WORK OWATONNA FORD!!!! More

But within the first 72 hours of having the vehicle we had a flat tire, no washer fluid, and a warning light that indicated the car needed an oil change. We are shocked you let this car leave the lot. If the car has low tire pressure, needs washer fluid, and the oil is not new, what kind of condition is this car really in? I’ll be bringing in the receipts for reimbursement for the washer fluid and full service oil change, and will now demand an extended warranty at a dramatically reduced price for this substandard vehicle. Now what you going to do about that? More
