As a first-time car buyer, I'm glad I found Muller Honda and connected with the staff there. They were respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, not pushy, and they guided me from A to Z. I had recently moved to the area and needed a car ASAP. I was not disappointed. The service department was impressively professional, friendly and helpful so I moved on to the sales floor to check it out. It was early and James Ogelsby was just walking in, but he greeted me immediately and got right to work taking me for a test drive and helping to find an available car that met all my needs. He went above and beyond to speed up the entire process and put me in the driver’s seat in a timely fashion. I’m a “Happy Camper” and can’t thank James and the entire team at Muller for their great attitude and dedication to excellent customer service and satisfaction !! More
