We were really just doing our due diligence of visiting multiple dealerships and seeing what would work for us, but after visiting Myrtle Beach Chevy we not only found our perfect cars, we also felt like family the whole time we were at the dealership. My wife and I didn't want to just get "new cars" we wanted to enjoy the experience. Ricky walked up to me and asked if he could help Pleasant, rewarding and honest experience. I went to the dealership and was looking for the camaro's. Ricky walked up to me and asked if he could help me find something and I asked him were the new camaro's were. He directed me and then walked with me to show me the camaro's. I was up front with Ricky letting him know my husband was at another dealership. I told him we were looking to buy a camaro. I found (2) 2018's that I liked and wanted my husband to come look at them. The other dealership would not give my husband his keys back (Ricky had not asked me for my keys nor asked me about a trade in at this point he was doing what "I" asked). I picked out the car we were buying and the dealership worked with me on everything else until my husband could be released from the other dealership. They were so wonderful and understanding. They worked with us and was so friendly and made us feel like we've known each other for years. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet-Cadillac and we highly recommend if you are in the market to do the same as well. More
