We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. The salesman, Mike promised us a follow up phone call on window tint that my wife wanted (this after he informed us to make sure we gave him a good rating on his follow promised us a follow up phone call on window tint that my wife wanted (this after he informed us to make sure we gave him a good rating on his follow up). No calls from Mike at all after the purchase. I reached back out to Mike to inform him of some scratches on our new purchase and he again was to get back to me after checking with the service department. Again, no call from Mike at all. We have purchased 6 Jeeps over the years, but will not be going back to this dealership. More

Great experience up until the agreement signing Jordan and Mike were both extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. The vehicle I purchased was a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I was informed that Jordan and Mike were both extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant. The vehicle I purchased was a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and I was informed that it still had some warranty life left (drive train, emissions). Felt slightly misled when I was asked to sign off on an As Is vehicle with no warranty by their somewhat unpleasant finance guy who only seemed interested in rushing me thru paperwork instead of actually helping me thru the process. Not even a 'Thank you for your business' or 'Have a nice day' at the close, like I was inconveniencing him by asking for clarification on parts of the agreement. More
