Pleasantly suprised I discussed pricing and ordering over the phone with Jason. The following day I went to the dealership, Jason and Mike had my Challenger ordered in 15 I discussed pricing and ordering over the phone with Jason. Each time I stopped at the dealership to inquire about the status of my order they were very pleasant and gave me updated status quickly. Very nice car buying experience without any of the usual pressure and upsell BS. More

Amazing! Emailed and texted back and forth with Mike Henry for at least 2 months looking for the perfect Jeep, everything I found kept getting sold before I co Emailed and texted back and forth with Mike Henry for at least 2 months looking for the perfect Jeep, everything I found kept getting sold before I could get there (live in NC), yesterday the most perfect Jeep was available and I was able to take home about an hour after arriving. Purchased 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Dealt with Mike Henry and was pretty satisfied with the deal I got. If I wasn't I would have gone elsewhere to buy my jeep. He was standup guy and did Dealt with Mike Henry and was pretty satisfied with the deal I got. If I wasn't I would have gone elsewhere to buy my jeep. He was standup guy and didn't try and BS me, which I appreciated very much. Financing was a breeze and got a great rate and term. Only negative was the dealership no longer will fill the gas tank of the car you buy before you drive it off the lot. I think this is cheesy and undermines all the good customer service provided in the purchasing of the vehicle. You'd think if you're spending +$40k on car they could at least give you a full tank of gas when leaving the dealership. More
