I was a little disappointed in the missing on a couple of amenities I had wanted as well as the disconnect between him and the financing department, especially given the much higher than market average rates I was given. When investigating a couple of days after, I was able to get multiple quotes that were 250-300 bps lower than what I was given at the dealership.
