After an exhaustive search on-line, I found my car at MB of Cincy. 10 days ago I drove my S550 340 miles to Cincinnati and traded it in for my E Cabriolet and worked with two World Class Mercedes guys Anthony DeStephano and Brion Hanes. As always, the Mercedes sales process was impeccable and my drive back to Chicago "top down" was flawless and invigorating. More

After learning more about my needs and driving habits, Anthony offered me many options and let me make my own decision giving me only guidance - not pushing me one way or another or influencing me. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand. He put things down in dollars and cents on paper, assisted me in determining what option was best for me, and I left very satisfied. I pick up my lease on Wednesday of this week and am very happy with my overall experience. I was not "talked into" anything, asked to spend more than I had planned to spend, or made promises that couldn't be kept. Very professional atmosphere and a good overall experience. More
