Mike H. has been the device manager I have mainly worked with and always exceeds my expectations. If there is an issue such as , tire pressure being left lower than usually, he does all he can to make it ri with and always exceeds my expectations. Mike Hudek is excellent. He explained the planned work clearly Not under his control was the pickup. I showed up to pick up my car 4 hours after dropoff as planned. They said it would be 5 minutes to f clearly Not under his control was the pickup. I showed up to pick up my car 4 hours after dropoff as planned. They said it would be 5 minutes to fetch the car. Almost a half hour later it was still not available. I complained. The had trouble still. Hudek stepped in and saved the day. After all that the car had not been washed. More

The oil change went quickly and all were wearing masks. Glad to see that. I only gave 4 stars because my check tire pressure light is on and now I have to go out and find someone to adjust that. I live in St Pete so it is not easy to go to Brandon. This is the 2nd time for service and both times the tire pressure light has come on. The tires use nitrogen so it is not something I can do. Not happy. More
