Great I had a low tire indicator on the dash and it was time for an oil change. Before I was able to make it to the dealership, a nail in the tire was disc I had a low tire indicator on the dash and it was time for an oil change. Before I was able to make it to the dealership, a nail in the tire was discovered. When I came by after work, I explained to Mike Hudak that my oil change was due; however I had to take a friend to the airport and needed the repair. I was unsure if both could be done in the time frame needed. He assured me that they could do it, and they did. It was great, and the dealership also washed the car. Now I am good to go. Love the service at Brandon Honda. Thanks Mike!!! More

Well Done I came in for the 60k service which was performed well, I also got new tires. I was well treated by the service staff and was comfortable waiting. One negative: I ate at the counter while reading my book. The nice young woman at the counter stepped away and I heard a man behind the counter refer to her as being "as dumb as a box of rocks." The only reason I traded for the 2017 was some of the updated features that I wanted. I cannot say enough about the service I received purchasing both of the vehicles. The sales people were courteous and fair. They also made sure once I made the purchase that I understood how all features worked. I always had my first Honda serviced there. The service has always been professional and timely. You are provided with an extremely nice waiting area. I could not be happier with my overall experiences with Brandon Honda. More

I used the service department to work on my current HRV. It was under a purchased warranty. The warranty was under my old name & address. Mike the assistant service mananger helped me contact my warranty(which I bought from a very bad dealer in Ohio). I got everything changed & Mike contacted me to let me know I could get my fender painted. So I did because I know Brandon Honda does quality work!
