Leased 2024 Elantra on 1/5/24. Car only had 1 fob. Was told the second one would be mailed to me. After almost 4 weeks and several calls and emails no one knew status. Several phon Car only had 1 fob. Was told the second one would be mailed to me. After almost 4 weeks and several calls and emails no one knew status. Several phone calls were never returned. I finally called the parts department. They claimed the sales department should have contacted them to order the 2nd fob and then have me come in to get 2nd fob programmed. Mailing fob to me is not the process. Parts had no request so ordered it and made me an appointment to come in. Whole process with Parts to 1 week. Got programmed fob on 2/6/24. e More

My car is a 2013 Huyndai Elantra with only about 55,000 miles. Because both the gas lines and brake lines were rusted out, it was a very expensive and time consuming repair. I was fortunate that Cameron miles. Because both the gas lines and brake lines were rusted out, it was a very expensive and time consuming repair. I was fortunate that Cameron worked with me to help lessen the impact of cost a little and insured that I would have a "loaner" to drive while my car was being repaired. Mike, from parts helped secure a small missing part for my car. Thanks, to everyone for their helpful service. More
