I was nine months out to the end of my Murano lease and stopped in to see if there was anything they could do. After providing Josh Keevan with all of my information, he quickly worked up a solution. Mark stopped in to see if there was anything they could do. After providing Josh Keevan with all of my information, he quickly worked up a solution. Mark Stoller took me on a test drive and gave me top-notch treatment all the way. Even though they got me out of my current lease and into a new lease for nothing out of pocket while maintaining a low payment, I still needed to see if their price was competitive. I told them I would get back to them the next day and they did not pressure me or tell me I needed to do the deal right away. I found that this was an excellent deal that couldn't be beaten elsewhere. I ended up calling back and making the deal. Mark took all my information over the phone and I went in and dropped off my car and my new one was waiting for me. My experience with Mike Johnson in the finance office was the fastest I've ever had. No more than seven minutes, tops! I was in and out quickly and everyone was great. I am a very picky and detailed oriented buyer, and Greg is my go-to person when I want to buy or lease a new car. He makes the buying process very easy, understandable and has a lot of patience to explain differences among models, teach you how to use the car, transfer your things to the new car etc. Greg is very friendly, knowledgeable and such a nice person to deal with. He will give you a lot of attention and will go above and beyond to make you happy, whether you buy or not a car. Mike, Dan and Josh, the finance and general managers, will guide you throughout the buying and finance process/ options and explain everything, they will do whatever they can to get you the best deal. Marlboro Nissan is the reason I am a loyal Nissan customer, period. I could be buying any other car brand, but I keep buying Nissans because I know I will always have a pleasant experience when I go there, either for service or sales. When you go to Marlboro Nissan you will feel at home, both at the sales department and service. I usually don't write reviews, but this dealer really deserves. The moment I arrived at Marlborough Nissan, Brian was there to help me find the car I came to see. He explained the features of the car and soon I was off on a test drive. I knew I loved the vehicle, and Brian was very helpful in making every attempt possible to allow me to be able to finance and buy the car. With Josh's help, we were able to make everything work! Josh and Brian explained to me that if I wanted to (and to my amazement), I'd be able to drive the vehicle home the NEXT DAY! Marlborough Nissan took care of all of the paperwork and RMV logistics, and sure enough, I drove the car home the following day. Mike was also extremely helpful and easy to work with when taking care of all of my finance information. Marlborough Nissan is a top notch dealership that I will definitely be recommending to friends for their future vehicle purchases. More
