We were greeted by Mike Johnson shortly after entering the showroom. We stopped in just to get a price on a 2021 Cadillac XT5. He gave us a price and he had exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I worked with sales consultant Mike Johnson and Finance Manager April Seger on the purchase of a slightly used 2018 Toyota Highlander AWD. Mike immediately greeted us upon our entry into the dealership. Mike initially took a moment to address what we were looking for. Mike took his time with my wife and I, as it pertained to explaining what came with the vehicle we selected. Mike made sure that he worked with my wife to secure the type of monthly payment needed to complete the transaction. April stopped by several times to make sure we understood every available finance option. April assisted us with making sure as out of state purchasers we had all the documentation needed to register the vehicle upon our return to our home state. April made the finance portion of the transaction simple and enjoyable. Both Mike and April were extremely customer serviced focused throughout the entire process.
