I don't know where to start..... I have bought several cars/trucks over the last 25 years and this was the worst experience in my life. Still to this day, 2 weeks later I cant get anybody to get back with cars/trucks over the last 25 years and this was the worst experience in my life. Still to this day, 2 weeks later I cant get anybody to get back with me on the part they ordered and the payoff on our trade in. Its almost like we were the 1st truck they have ever sold. Communication to me was terrible. Also trying to pass info to other people in the dealership was the worst, it just didn't happen. I'm not sure how I can get info on what I am still waiting on so I guess I have to travel 250 miles back to this dealership and stand in the office till it gets resolved. Plus they added a "Allen package" (still no info on what that is but a door edge tape) that nobody spoke about till I asked for a out the door price. So be prepared to pay more then price, tax and title! Thanks Allen Chevy for making me want to never recommend you and never buy anything from you again. More
