The individuals I've dealt with were very kind with communication. Although, my request in several occasions where to obtain my gas cap key, and unfortunately I never did. Service team is excellent, but my experience with the sales team was not good. During the sales process, our sales person made several commitments that he never kept, as a result, we purchased elsewhere sales team was not good. During the sales process, our sales person made several commitments that he never kept, as a result, we purchased elsewhere. We are new to the area, purchase cars often and really tried to purchase local, but the poor service we received from our sales person forced us to look elsewhere. I did call the sales manager to share experience, and was assured he would return my call, but he never did. I was in business for years and cannot fathom a person ina leadership role not returning the call of a customer. More
