Horrible experience , was sold a lemon at this dealership. They knew the truck had issues and decided to sell it to me that way. Was promised they would fix it for me even told me they had ordered dealership. They knew the truck had issues and decided to sell it to me that way. Was promised they would fix it for me even told me they had ordered the ECM which is what causing the truck to shut down at almost every stop I make. Now they want me to pay half of the repair bill. They also charged me for window etching $500 which I didn’t order and it’s optional, and also a charge for $948 supposedly for a 6 month internal powertrain warranty which I didn’t order. I have repeatedly asked for the warranty paperwork and they have not provided me with them. You have been warned, stay away from these thieves. More

Sadly I had to update my review, I was sold a lemon from this dealership. They knew the truck had issues with the Engine Control Module and did not bother to fix it before selling it to me. They have kept m this dealership. They knew the truck had issues with the Engine Control Module and did not bother to fix it before selling it to me. They have kept me waiting 3 weeks supposedly trying to figure out what was wrong with the truck. They knew xxxx well what it was just didn't fix it. Truck shut off on me 6 times just as I left the dealership upon purchase on my way home. I had my elderly disabled mom with me that day and she was scared we wouldn't make it home that day. I bring the truck back for service and was told it's just the cable from the battery, they ordered it and after another week scheduled me in to change the cable. After changing the cable was told by Steve the manager in service that the truck was fine, he said they drove it 6 miles and all was good. I just made it down the block and the truck shut off again. Back to Steve at service I go, hours later he tells me the problem is ECM and he had already placed the order that it be in Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. When I called to check if the part came in to my surprise I was told there was never an order placed for my truck, Steve hasn't returned my calls as of yet. Spoke to Mike Keane (salesman) which had always been helpful, and to my surprise now tells me that they are trying to help me and want me to pay half of the bill to repair the truck. I don't need any help, if I am purchasing a truck that will end up costing me $28k from a dealership it should be able to get me from point A to point B without shutting down on me on almost every traffic light. Mike the general manager was there and even offered to give me a refund if I wasn't happy with the truck the first time I brought it back to change the battery cables. They even sold me a limited warranty for $948 without my knowledge not to mention $$495 for window etching. Now they tell me the warranty is only for powertrain, to my knowledge ECM is an electrical part that controls the engine. Meaning it should be covered under powertrain warranty. I even called 2 external warranty company to ask them if under their warranty was ECM covered under powertrain and both told me that it was. GM warranty is a joke. I will update this post again as many times as needed. Went from being a happy customer to an unsatisfied one very quick. If they do what they said they would do which if take care of the problem then I will give them the 5 star review they would deserve. More
