He spent time to make sure the vehicle was prepared correctly for delivery and spent additional time explaining all the features and other options available. My wife and I had gone in to look at a few Pontiac G8's and was refered to Mike. After explaining to Mike what we were looking for, Mike showed us what was availsble. After looking around at the G8's my w and was refered to Mike. After explaining to Mike what we were looking for, Mike showed us what was availsble. Their entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome (not pressured), and ensures all of your requests and concerns are being addressed. Mike and Bill made sure the cars we wanted to see were ready (with keys in hand) when we got to the dealership, made sure all of our questions were answered, and highlighted newer features that were not available in 2009 during our last purchase.
