They were understanding and didn't pressure me. As a matter of fact, they were helpful when I told them I was looking at another car and dealership. We recently purchased a QX60 with Mark Roncone and he was also a pleasure to work with. We appreciated his patience and honesty while we were trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. We especially loved that he wanted to make sure the used car we purchased looked impeccable, He had us bring it back in so the dealership could fix some scratches on it.
