Made a deal on a truck, negotiated some upgrades and the deal was complete, informed them of my pre-approval through my bank and their crooked salesperson John O'Rourke said, we can beat that, just fill out our form online and then we will take a deposit over the phone. I did just that (immediately) and then John sent me requests for DL, insurance and plate transfer (sent immediately) . After that, did not answer my calls or text to his "personal" phone. I was planning out my day to come pick up my new truck and at the end of the business day, he called me to say that someone else bought it. Did not offer an apology, tried to explain it away like its no big deal... Upon confronting him about heir shady and and un-ethical business practice, he just shrugged it off. Not only did they screw me on the truck i wanted, they had me run my credit for a deal they stole from me. When I asked for his "manager" he had already handed the phone to someone that identified themselves as the manager and then hung up on me. If you want to get screwed, this is the dealer for you!!! Shame on these unscrupulous "business people". Reporting these a** hats anywhere I can so nobody else has to go through this type of scam. Now, I just await their canned response about how they take their customer service seriously and will strive to speak to their crooked salespeople about doing better. These guys just don't care and belong in a different industry. Maybe cleaning toilets would be their speed... More
