I've been thinking about getting a new car for a while now but found the process overwhelming since this was my first new car since graduating college. I met with Mike and told him what I was looking for. He was friendly, and thorough. Two weeks later a car came into the lot that he thought met my needs. Needless to say I loved the car!!!!
